How it works

Simulator golf at the academy: qualify in the autumn, book one afternoon tee time a week all winter, then play for standings and prize money.

1. Qualify — Nov 15, 2026 to Jan 17, 2027

The 7-iron test — you hit 8 shots with a 7-iron and the average sets the course length you play from, so the sim plays like your course, not a scratch player's.
Your handicap — play 3 designated courses once each during qualification; the GSPro handicap from those rounds is what you subtract for net standings.
You are league-ready once both are recorded — the booking page shows which designated courses you still need, and qualification weeks book through the same weekly link.

Every week offers 3 afternoon days with 4 spots each — 12 spots for a 12-player roster, first come, first served.
When the window opens on Sunday morning you get an email with your personal link: tap it, pick a day, hit Book my spot. No forms, no typing your name — under 30 seconds on a phone.
One booking per player per week. Cancel any time up to 24 hours before your tee time and the spot goes straight back to the pool.
Playing the event a second time? A replay can be booked in the last 48 hours if a spot is still open.

Stroke play on GSPro with the same setup at every event — 10 stimp greens, Saturday pins, auto-putt on.
The mulligans start at 3 early in the season, drop to 2 and then 1, and there are no mulligans in the majors. The count is stored per event and shown on the schedule.
Playing more than once in a week? Declare which round counts before you tee off — only that round is scored.

Every event scores twice: gross and net. Points run from 100 for a win down to 22 for 12th, and the two majors double them.
Your season total is your best 6 of the 11 events, so one rough week never ends your run.
Top five in each category are paid from the prize pool, and the championship in April has its own pool.
