League rules
The guidelines the league plays by — from registration to the championship.
Roster and fees
- The roster caps at 12 players (minimum 10); registration closes when it is full.
- Three fees per player — league prize pool, championship prize pool and academy administration — tracked paid / unpaid with the date paid. There is no online payment; settle up with the academy.
- Prize pools are funded by players who have actually paid, not by the cap.
Qualification
- The 7-iron test is 8 shots; the average to 0.1 yd sets your course-length band.
- Each designated handicap course is played once — a second qualifying round on the same course does not count.
- You are league-ready when the length band and the handicap are both recorded.
Booking
- 3 afternoon days a week, 4 spots each, first come, first served.
- Your personal link allows only one booking per player per week; the last spot is reserved atomically, so nobody is double-booked.
- Cancel up to 24 hours before your tee time; after that only your admin can move you.
- Replays (playing the event again) can only be booked in the last 48 hours before that day, and only while a spot is open.
- If the academy closes a day, bookings are moved or cancelled and everyone affected is emailed.
Playing an event
- Stroke play on GSPro: 10 stimp greens, Saturday locations, auto-putt on, course designer firmness and wind.
- You play the tee closest to your qualification band; the tee and the tee-off order (highest handicap first) are shown on your booked day.
- Mulligans are set per event: 3 for events 1–3, 2 for 4–6, 1 for 7–9, none for the majors or the championship.
- Declare your counting round before you tee off. Only that round is scored, and the declaration cannot change once a score exists.
Scoring and standings
- Gross is your 18-hole total; net is gross minus your qualification handicap.
- Points per rank: 100, 80, 60, 50, 45, 40, 36, 32, 29, 26, 24, 22 — doubled for the two majors.
- Did not play scores 0; there is no makeup round for a missed major.
- Season totals are the best 6 of 11 events, gross and net tracked separately.
- The championship is scored on that day alone — season points do not carry in.
- Top five in each category are paid from the pool.
